Chick-Fil-A visited Thessaloniki again late October 2016. This time we hosted two events in cooperation with Sheffield University International Faculty, CITY College, in Thessaloniki. Participants of the two seminars were college students and business people.

Chick-Fil-A’s seminars this year focused on their entrepreneurial model SERVE, -highlights values, principles and skills, such as efficient relations management, optimum ways of managing a business- and their strategy and actions on corporate responsibility.

Chick-Fil-A is the second largest fast food chain in the U.S., specialising in chicken. The company operates more than 1,700 stores in 39 States in the US with a total turnover that reached $ 4 billion in 2011. Our partner since 2009 on the Chick-Fil-A cooperation has been the Interbalkan Institute for Educational and Economic Development.

A Pathway to Successful Leadership –  SERVE Chick-Fil-A model:
Seeing and shaping the future
Engaging and developing others
Reinventing continuously
Valuing results and relationships
Embodying the values
