EUandU was an interactive, informative two-day conference organised by the European Commission Representation in Greece. EUandU took place November 29 & 30 at the Thessaloniki Port (Warehouse C & D). It hosted a plethora of speakers, mentors and trainers, that shared their experiences and tried to inspire the audience. EU Commission Vice President Margaritis Schinas honored the conference with his presence.
The first day of the conference was dedicated to entrepreneurship. There were a series of talks and presentations and information on EU support. The focus of the second day was on employment. There were seminars on CV making, interview preparation and presentations from employers on work opportunities in Greece and Europe. During both days of the conference there were company booths were interested job seekers met with HR Managers of leading Greek companies.
There were in total more than 40 events – seminars – workshops, with more than 100 speakers and an audience of more than 1.000 people.
YET Co-founder Mr. Vassilis Tsoulis participated as a speaker in a very interesting panel on Skills and Career Development issues.
